Bikeshed London 2018 Exhibition by Bartosz Gajec

Bikeshed London 2018 once again was organised in Tobacco Dock which is a big venue capable of holding quite big events. I remember attending Bikeshed Exhibition long time ago in Shoreditch where it all started. Small but original motorcycle exhibition changed into fantastic, big and spectacular event which is now the biggest in Europe.

I have to admit I wait whole year for this exhibition and it is the most important motorcycle event in my Calendar.

I was very impressed by last year's Bikeshed Exhibition but this year was even bigger, better organised and more captivating for me. I found myself wondering around not only admiring fantastic design of most of the bikes but I was also moved by the amazing atmosphere and people who gathered together sharing the same passion for two wheels.

Tobacco Dock Venue from 25-27 May was filled not only with beautiful custom made bikes but also with passionate people specialising in hand made crafts, with british made clothing, motorcycle gear and accessories from brands like Malle London, Hedon, Bolt London, Goldtop etc

There was also life music, bars, street food, barber ( Thy Barber) and you could even get yourself a tattoo! It was a proper motorcycle event, very well organised and most of all with soul.

I can't wait for next year exhibition! I will be there standing in the first row and on the first day!

Bolt London Motorcycle Store by Bartosz Gajec

Bolt London was founded by Andrew Almond in 2013 and it is now one of the coolest motorcycle stores in UK and definitely my favourite. Andrew is also very active persona in the motorcycle world being involved with numerous motorcycle events as well as hosting art exhibitions.

His store is filled with unique motorcycle apparel sourced from around the world as well as with cool vintage clothing. He started also his clothing line producing signature t-shirts, long sleeve shirts and really sweet biker leather jacket! Garage is offering servicing & repair as well as building custom motorcycles.

Beautiful Vivian Savage has been with Bolt since the beginning 'bringing order to the chaos' and Simone Fiore is Custom Bike Builder.

If you are passionate about motorcycle and cool design then you must visit Andrew's store! Address: 1a Bouverie Road, Stoke Newington, London N16 0AH.

Brighton Visit - Casual Winter Outfit - Universal Works Chore Jacket Test by Bartosz Gajec

On my day off I visited Brighton. It was a chilly but sunny day and I was able to chill on the beach. I wandered around west site of the city which is residential filled with beautiful victorian and georgian houses with walls painted white. It is quieter part of Brighton and really spectacular as it is located on the hill overlooking the city centre and beach.

I chose to dress comfortably, casually of course and warm. The trip was a first test for my new wool chore jacket and it passed the test positively. In fact I really love the jacket, the look and the cut. It is shorter than most of chore jacket I know but gives more room in chest and shoulder area. I have to admit that this is perfect fit for me as most of the brands tend to cut their jackets in size small or xs too long and tight in chest area. One thing I will change is the material. It begs for full weight scottish wool! Instead Universal Works chose to use thin wool blend material.
